Walkthrough
We measure, check the framing and the drain location, and tell you what the existing wall is hiding.

A drawn tile layout, a written scope and a fixed price. You approve the cut lines before anything is ordered.
2 days plus the test
Waterproof and test
Substrate, membrane, corners and drain go in, then the pan is filled and held overnight before we sign off.
4 to 9 days
Set, grout, seal
Tile goes up to the drawn layout, joints are grouted and the stone is sealed after full cure.

A standard shower runs 8 to 14 days from demo to final seal, including the flood test and the cure time before grout.
Either. If you supply it, order 15 percent over the measured area for cuts and pattern waste. We will tell you the exact number after layout.
We plug the drain, fill the pan and leave it overnight. If the level drops or the ceiling below shows anything, the membrane gets fixed before tile.
Usually. Bring a spare tile or a photo with a ruler in frame. If the line is discontinued we will find the closest current match and show you both.
